I don't know where you found the strength to tackle and solve all theissues that came up with selling my house including the reroofing, the asbestos removal, the individual contractors you pulled in at the last minute, dealing with my extremely difficult management company and working with the staging company to present my house in the best possible condition all the while watching my expenses. To think you did all this for an out of town client on a house under $200,000 shows your strength of character and commitment to your job. Even when the market dropped under my feet you were a great council and always kept the energy positive. We were great friends before and even better now.
